These terms apply to purchases made through Copperbrush Art.

Copperbrush Art is operated by Elena Fleming trading as Copperbrush Art, Oak Lodge, Ardscull, Athy, Co. Kildare, R14 PA48, Ireland.

Artwork and Descriptions

Every reasonable effort is made to describe artworks accurately, including their medium, dimensions, availability and other relevant details.

Photographs are prepared to represent artworks as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours may nevertheless vary between screens and devices.

Where an original artwork has already been sold or collected, it may remain visible on the site as part of the artistic record. This does not mean that the original is available for purchase.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in euro unless otherwise stated.

Copperbrush Art is not VAT registered, and VAT is therefore not added to prices by Copperbrush Art.

Online payment is processed through PayPal. Copperbrush Art does not receive or store your full PayPal or payment-card credentials.

A product appearing on the website does not create an obligation to accept an order. If an item has become unavailable, has been incorrectly priced, or an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, the order may be declined or cancelled and any payment received will be refunded.

Delivery

Copperbrush Art offers free worldwide delivery unless a different arrangement is stated before purchase.

Available work is normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs procedures, carrier delays and circumstances outside Copperbrush Art’s reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Recipients outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country.

Cancellation and Returns

Consumers buying online normally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period beginning when the goods are received.

The Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms and explains how cancellation and returns are handled.

Exceptions may apply to genuinely personalised or specially commissioned goods where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

Damage, Faults and Goods Not as Described

If goods arrive damaged, are faulty or do not match their description, contact elena@copperbrushart.com.

Please retain damaged goods and packaging and provide photographs where reasonably requested so that the matter can be assessed and an appropriate remedy arranged.

Copyright

Copyright in artworks remains with the relevant artist or other rights holder unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Buying an original artwork or print transfers ownership of that physical item. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or permission to commercially reproduce the artwork.

Website photography, writing and other original Copperbrush Art material may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Website Availability

Copperbrush Art may correct errors, update information, change prices, withdraw works or amend the website when necessary.

Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate, but minor technical interruptions or errors may occasionally occur.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections that apply to them under applicable consumer law.
