Copperbrush Art ships original artworks and prints worldwide. Delivery is free unless a different arrangement is clearly stated before purchase.
Available works are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.
Artwork is packed according to its size, surface and framing and sent using an appropriate tracked delivery service. A signature may be required.
Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination and carrier. International deliveries may also be delayed by customs procedures.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact elena@copperbrushart.com as soon as possible and include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. Please retain the packaging until the matter has been resolved.
